Key lost, or you never saw the email? Have it sent to you again — enter the address you paid with and it goes to that address only.
There is no account and no password. Paying mints a licence key; you paste it into the editor and your browser remembers it. Paste the same key on another computer and Pro works there too.
The key is emailed to you the moment you pay, so it survives a cleared browser or a new phone. Lost it anyway? Have it sent again from the recovery page — it only ever goes to the address you paid with.
To change your card or cancel, open Stripe's billing portal from that same page. Cancelling is immediate and needs no email to us; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Full refund within 30 days of any charge, no reason needed — including on a renewal that caught you out. Write from the address you paid with and it is processed within five working days. The terms say it in full.
