There is no ticket system and no chatbot — messages go to a real inbox and are
answered by the person who built the thing.
What to write about
- Takedown requests. If you hold rights in an image reachable
through this site and want it removed, send the template name or a link.
Removal is a one-line change and will be done promptly — you do not need to
send a formal legal notice first, and doing so will not make it faster.
- A lost licence key. Write from the email address you paid with and
the key will be sent back to you. There is no account to log into, so this is
the recovery route.
- Refunds. If Pro does not do what you expected, say so and you will
get your money back. See the terms for the short version:
there is no time limit worth arguing about.
- Deleting your data. Ask and the licence row holding your email
address is deleted. Be aware that this switches the licence off at the same
moment — see the privacy policy.
- Bugs. Especially anything where the editor produced a picture you
did not expect. Tell me the template, the browser, and what you clicked;
that is usually enough to reproduce it.
- A format that should have a guide. The
format guides cover the ones with something worth
saying about them. If you know a format well and think it is missing, say so.
What not to expect
This is not a hosting service and there is nothing to log into. Memes you
make are saved to your own downloads and are never stored here, so if you have
lost one, unfortunately there is no copy on this end to send you.
