This site is run by one person, not a support department.
There is no ticket system and no chatbot — messages go to a real inbox and are
answered by the person who built the thing.
What to write about
- Takedown requests. Send the template name or a link, and a line
saying who you are. No formal notice needed. Actioned on receipt, and
permanently — removed images are blocklisted so the nightly template
sync cannot bring them back.
- A lost licence key. You do not need to write at all —
the recovery page emails it back to you, and to
cancel or change your card there is a billing portal on the same page. Write
here only if that does not work.
- Refunds. Full refund within 30 days of any charge, no
reason needed — including on a renewal that caught you out. Write from the
address you paid with. See the terms.
- Deleting your data. Ask and the licence row holding your email
address is deleted. Be aware that this switches the licence off at the same
moment — see the privacy policy.
- Bugs. Especially anything where the editor produced a picture you
did not expect. Tell me the template, the browser, and what you clicked;
that is usually enough to reproduce it.
- A format that should have a guide. The
format guides cover the ones with something worth
saying about them. If you know a format well and think it is missing, say so.
What not to expect
This is not a hosting service and there is nothing to log into. Memes you
make are saved to your own downloads and are never stored here, so if you have
lost one, unfortunately there is no copy on this end to send you.
