Common mistakes

Making the modern side merely different rather than feebler. The format only has one direction.
Filling all four boxes with equal-length text, which loses the punchline rhythm.
A left-hand feat that is impressive but plausible — it should be ridiculous.

Where it comes from

Two Shiba Inu images: a muscular edit of the original Doge, and 'Cheems', a dog whose captions are conventionally written with a speech impediment.
